This was a huge experiment! As I did our weekly shopping, I came across the pork ribs and they were on offer! So I whizzed this up one evening…

I absolutely love serving salads as part of our dinner in the evening, however, I do like to keep things interesting as I would hate for it to become just another side-dish that have to be consumed just because it is healthy.

I’m very fortunate to have a hubby that loves good food just as much as I do. Every now and again I love going all out on dinner. I pull out all the stops for a show stopping gastronomic extravaganza.
